The Agricultural Act of 2014 aka the Farm Bill is an omnibus legislation passed by the United States Congress, and signed into law by President Obama on February 7th, 2014. Farm Bills are passed about every five years, creating and reauthorizing federal programs in a number of different interests. This site breaks down the programs by "Title" or section of the bill—there were 12 this time around—gives some background into the bill's formation, and provides resources to help anyone looking to understand the 357-page bill.
